Spring Fine Asian Art and Antiques Session 1
Session 1: Boasting over 200 lots, Session 1 is packed with masterful Chinese jades and ceramics from throughout Chinese history. There are beautiful carvings in all shapes, sizes, and types of jade and unique porcelains including rare imperial pieces.
The highlight of the session is Lot 146, a magnificent gilt porcelain vase with Famille rose framed scenes and coated in Ji Lan Sacrificial Blue glaze. Other lots in this session include a remarkable iron red underglaze porcelain moon flask dating from the 18th century, an 18th to 19th century white jade table screen carved on both sides, and a six-panel hardwood screen with numerous porcelain plaques by famous painters of the Republic period.
