Terms Payment: ~ All sales final. ~ All payments will be processed by LivePayments. ~ Successful bidder will have three (3) days from the hammer strike of item to complete payment, including shipping unless they are using their own shipping agent or picking up in Fitzwilliam NH. ~ After three (3) days have passed from hammer and no payment has been made, LivePayments will automatically bill winning bidder's form of payment, directly. Non-payment by winning bidder will forfeit all their rights to item. Condition statements: ~ Auctioneer may describe and illustrated to the best of their ability and in no way is this a warranty or guarantee, implied or otherwise. ~ We stand behind our descriptions. Our pictures are considered part of our description. As always, we describe to the best of our ability. There is always the chance that a mistake is made in cataloguing items in which case the auctioneer will honor any differences. Shipping: ~ Auctioneer will ship or coordinate shipping all items by Freight, USPS or FEDEX as needed. We will Combine Shipping. Happy to do so to save buyer shipping cost unless directed not to. ~ Once item is paid for it will be shipped from our facility within five (5) days. ~ Items which may require crating could take up to seven (7) days to ready for shipping. ~ Items being shipped outside the United States could be subject to additional taxes or customs fees which winning bidder is solely responsible for. ~ When possible, tracking numbers will be provided. ~ Auctioneer is not responsible for damage or delays which may occur during transit. ~ Items over $200.00 US will require insurance and items over $500.00 US may require signature as well. Pick-up: ~ Winning bidder is welcome to pick-up their item at our location in Fitzwilliam, NH. Please let us know, at time of payment, you will be doing so and make arrangements with auctioneer as to date and time. ~ If winning bidder is arranging for their own shipping agent to pick up item, they (Winning bidder) are responsible for all costs associated with that agent, for coordinating with them and to make arrangements with auctioneer, as to the date and time. ~ Auctioneer will make ready the item for shipping. ~ Paid items left for more than three (3) weeks are subject to a storage fee of $25.00 US per week unless arrangements have been otherwise made with the auctioneer.
