By participating in any sale the Bidder and Buyer agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The lots are visible only by appointment. All lots are sold "as is" in accordance with the Conditions of Sale. Every sale is final. Once sold, no lot will be taken back. Purchased lots will be released to the buyer once all items on the Tobogan Auction invoice have been fully paid (within 7 days). The lots are to be removed from Paris, France. Catalogue statements guarantee authenticity, period of a given property. Before the Sale Prospective bidders or their agents should inspect the property before bidding to determine its condition, size and whether or not it has been repaired or restored. Buyers are responsible for satisfying themselves concerning the condition of the property and the matters referred to in the catalogue entry. Condition reports, photos or digital images are provided as a courtesy. Registration Bidders attending the auction are required to register with Liveauctioneers. Registered bidders agree to be fully liable for all bids, including the liability to timely pay in full for any lot that is the subject of a successful bid submitted by the bidder in accordance with the Conditions of Sale. Liveauctioneers bidders are REQUIRED to provide valid name, address, phone number and email address as well bank references or credit card number (with corresponding expiration date and pin number) to Liveauctioneers to be approved for bidding. Withdrawal Tobogan Auction reserves the right to withdraw any property before sale and shall have no liability for such withdrawal. Unless advertised and announced without reserves, each lot is offered subject to reserve. Condition reports All property is sold "as is". The Condition Report of a given lot may be found on Liveauctioneers and/or requested per email. Condition reports are provided as a courtesy and are based on opinion and observation. Regarding the condition, Tobogan Auction gives as many details as possible BUT the existence of a condition report for a given lot does not presume that all aspects of a particular lot have been analyzed. Bidding Tobogan Auction reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. The highest bidder acknowledged by Tobogan Auction shall be the buyer. In the event of any dispute between bidders, Tobogan Auction shall have sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, the sale record of Tobogan Auction shall be conclusive in all respects.
