USPS Shipping and handling is a flat rate $10 including signature guarantee per invoice. You may contact us to combine auction purchases to save shipping and handling. 5. Insurance is billed at 1% of the hammer price and is included under Shipping & Insurance on your invoice. 6. Sales Tax is calculated, collected and remitted by Live Auctioneers. If you have a dispute, please contact them. 7. The Auctioneer ("Penny Pincher Auctions") reserves the right to replace or amend the terms and conditions from time to time.

If you have not contacted Penny Pincher Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
