Day 3 starts with a large collection of Cultural Revolution wares, accompanied by posters, photographs and documents from this period. Lot 870, an album with black and white photographs on the return from exile of the 13th Dalai Lama to Tibet is an unusual and early testimonial. The absolute highlight of the sale is lot 888. It is an imperial Wanli wucai vase, from a Belgian private collection. Other highlights are lots 983 and 984, two impressive Yongzhengg pieces!
