Highest bidder is to be the buyer. If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final decision to determine the successful bidder or to immediately re-offer and resell the article in dispute. Wholesalers must provide the auction company with a valid resale permit at the time of the sale or tax will be charged.
