We will contact successful bidders within 48 hours advising of total auction charges and to obtain credit card information. After Packing & Shipping charges are determined credit cards will be charged again for this amount. All items sold "as is" and all sales are final. Property is open to public inspection. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Modern Firearms being shipped out of the State of Texas must be shipped to an FFL Dealer, the buyer is responsible for providing FFL Dealer name etc and is responsible for all shipping and handling charges from both FFL dealers, if applicable. Modern firearms subject to Federal firearm license transfers—we have an FFL dealer on site sale day to transfer these guns for a fee of $20 payble to the dealer, Carl Russell. Out of state bidders purchasing newer firearms need to provide a signed ffl transfer from a dealer in their area mailed or faxed to us and we will have our ffl dealer ship to theirs.
