Apollo Art Auctions is delighted to present another exquisite two-days auction of Antiquities, Islamic Art & Militaria, on the 10th-11th of June 2023. We are constantly expanding our areas of expertise and are proud to showcase our first militaria-focused selection, which will open the sale on Saturday 10th. The catalogue then moves onto a fantastic collection of ancient Islamic art, well-provenanced and expertly authenticated artefacts from Classical Europe, through Egypt, the Near East and the Middle Ages, as well as many treasures from India, China. The second day of the auction, Sunday 11th, commences with Lot 381: a stunning example of the iconic Greek Chalcidian-type helmet.
