Auctions. If item(s) are shipped out of state by a licensed FCC carrier; , i.e. UPS, Fedex, USPS etc., the purchase is then exempt from MD sales tax. All shipping is at the expense of the buyer. - There is an 18% buyer's premium on all purchases. -Payment may be made by; check, cash, M.O. Wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal or other forms deemed acceptable to both parties. -Packing and shipping of all purchases can be arranged by Mosby & Co. Auctions at the buyers request and expense. It is the discretion of Mosby & Co. to determine if items can be shipped in-house or if a professional shipper must be used. Large items may require special handling and expense. -The act of placing a bid on any lot constitutes acceptance of on the part of the bidder of the terms of this sale. -All sales are final.
