By registering to bid and/or submitting any bid, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale. We thank you for your interest and participation. If you plan to participate in this auction, you MUST register to bid prior to 3PM EST (Noon PST) Friday, May 4th. We will NOT be able to approve bidders after 3PM EST (Noon PST) on Friday, May 4th. MERCHANDISE OFFERED * All items offered for auction will be sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and WITHOUT GUARANTEE. * Listings are for descriptive purposes only. * Bidders are responsible for examining all items and/or requesting condition reports, and bidding according to their own expertise. If you have reservations about any item, please do not bid. * All announcements made on the day/evening of the auction supersede any other previously announced or published materials. REGISTRATION and BIDDING * Buyers must register with Live Auctioneers to participate in the live auction. * The Auction record kept by Auctioneer and Clerk is final. * Successful on-line bidders will be notified following the auction and will be provided an invoice and payment details. PAYMENT * All items must be paid for and removed within ONE WEEK of the auction, unless you make prior arrangements with us. * For successful On-line Bids, full payment via Credit Card, Wire Transfer, or PayPal is required within one (1) week following the auction. * The Buyer?s Premium will be added to each sale. REMOVAL OF ITEMS/SHIPPING * No item may be removed until full payment has been made. * All shipping, packing, and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer. * Briggs Auction, Inc. does not ship, however we can help make arrangements with local shippers.
