Session three of our ?Autumn 2023 Fine Chinese Art and Antiques? auction presents 162 lots. Opening with a selection of jade and precious stone carvings, including tourmaline, amber, and aquamarine, the offerings comprise Ming dynasty bangles, gold set jadeite jewelry, and carved corals. Premier lots include a variety of 18th century carved jade plaques; featuring peach, lingzhi, and chilong designs. Stunning ceramics dominate the second half of the session, presenting selections of falangcai, gu-glazed, colored enamel, and famille rose. Of these ceramic selections notable highlights are, a Tang dynasty sancai statue of a civil office, a 19th century purple-ground famille rose vase, and a pair of republic period vases signed Feng Datuo.
