Susan (Nichols) Pescatore passed away at her home on October 8, 2023 with her husband by her side. Susan was born in Denver, Colorado on February 12, 1944. Her parents were Irene (Bornemann) Nichols and J. Brooks Nichols.
At a very early age, her parents moved to Ridgefield, CT. Susan is a graduate of Vassar College and obtained her law degree at Boston University. She practiced law for a few years. Her passion was antiques and for the last 45 years she was a highly respected and nationally known expert of 19th and 20th century American glass. In addition to antique glass, she dealt in 18th and 19th century Chinese export porcelain, but her true passion was late 19th century vintage clothing.
Susan leaves behind her husband of 43 years, Stephen Pescatore. Sadly, there are no other siblings or immediate relatives in Susan's life but she has left behind a host of loving friends. Susan will always be remembered as a bright and extremely verbal friend and colleague.
