Summer's End Auction

Kaminski Auctions presents its exceptional September Summer?s End Estate auction to be held on the 15th. The sale will feature wonderful collections of American and European furniture, fine art and decorative art, along with Asian art, silver, and an impressive collection of jewelry. The auction will feature two important oil on board pieces by the renowned British painter, Brian Coole, titled "The Immigrant Steamer at the Statue of Liberty New York" and "Americas Cup Racers Off the Battery New York". Highlights from the jewelry collection include an 18K white gold and diamond ring with a 3.66ct fancy yellow center stone surrounded by white stones and a platinum and diamond ring with a 3.25ct center stone and 32 side stones. The selection of furniture includes a late 19th century Sheraton mahogany full size bed and a 19th century Italian Empire secretary bookcase. One of the more unique lots is a collection of John "Stuffy" McInnis (September 19, 1890 - February 16, 1960) World Series memorabilia including a 14K gold E. Howard pocket watch and a sterling silver presentation trophy. The sale also includes wonderful collections of vintage clothing, snuff boxes, lamps and glass including Boston and Sandwich Glass Co.
