The bidder shall be the sole judge of value, condition, age, genuineness, authenticity, defectiveness, or any other determinative factor. Please inspect the lot or lots prior to bidding and read the descriptions. If you have any questions, ask before bidding. Do not bid on items if you are uncertain of condition.
