All purchases to be paid in US dollars. All winning bidders will be contacted on the following Tuesday to make arrange for pick up, shipping and pay. All items must be paid for within 5 business days from the Tuesday after the sale. New York State Sales Tax will be charged to all purchases unless a Certificate of Resale has been filled out by the bidder along with copy of their NYS Tax ID. Bidders with Resale Numbers that haven't filled out the NYS Sales Tax form and submitted it to our office will have to pay the sales tax. The Auctioneer or its representatives do not warrant the accuracy, genuiness, authenticity, condition, description, weight, count or measure of any of the lots specified herein.
