No statement in the catalog, sale bill, invoice, internet posting or other document by associates of T & T Archaeological Consulting, LLC shall be deemed to be warranty, representation or assumption of liability with respect to age, condition, size quality, importance, variety, provenance or historical reference- as related to any sale Item(s). Any such statements are strictly opinions. Photographs are of the actual objects being sold, but exact condition of the objects offered is their condition day of the sale. Live Auctioneers will be the final judge as to which bidder is the highest bidder. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the point of sale. The Purchaser shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed. The buyer must pay Indiana sales Tax (7%) unless exception is allowed under laws regulating such tax. Out of state sales tax numbers are accepted. If you buy absentee, online or phone, you do not pay Indiana Sales Tax if items are shipped out of state. There is a 15% Buyers Premium for all purchases. Payment may be made by personal check if approval has been established with T & T Archaeological Consulting, LLC. All costs relative to collecting monies owed resulting from a check written without sufficient funds will be charged (to the buyer) to the maximum extent allowed by Indiana law. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER ARE ALL ACCEPTED. A 3% processing fee (by credit card company) will be applied. Credit card payments that are subsequently nullified will be collected at the amount owed plus all additional fees and costs as allowed by Indiana law. All payments for purchases must be received by November 29, 2014. Shipping cost will be invoiced at the same time as the purchases. We ship ourselves (no third party) to keep your costs down. We ship USPS with full insurance.
