Auction house reserves the right to change, alter, or remove a listing at any time before the start of an auction regardless if bids have been placed on the item. "Repro", when noted in item listing, refers to that item being a reproduction item. No statement made in any advertising or informational materials for auction, nor made orally or online is intended to be a warranty or guarantee of the age, condition, quality, provenance or origin of any item offered for sale. Wilson Fine Art & Antiques reserves the right to cancel a winning bid and refund or credit to buyer any payments received by auction house if merchandise is discovered to be damaged or sustains damage that was not disclosed or discovered before auction. **Low and High estimates are for the auctioneers use only; customers should not use this figure as a true determination of value, or confuse an estimate with an appraisal. Appraisals are only available on items that are listed as coming with an appraisal. Any questions should be forwarded to the auction house before placing bids. BUYER IS FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASE. WINNING BIDDER IS DETERMINED SOLELY THROUGH INVOICING FOLLOWING THE COMPLETION OF THE AUCTION. AUCTION HOUSE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND/OR CORRECT RESULTS OF THE AUCTION BEFORE INVOICES ARE SENT, BUT CAN NOT INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF ANY BIDS UNLESS IT IS REQUESTED IN WRITING BY THE BIDDER. IN THE EVENT OF NON PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASED ITEM THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL COLLECTION AND LEGAL FEES IN ADDITION TO THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE ITEM. THERE IS A 30% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL ACCEPTED RETURNS FOR ANY REASON, NO EXCEPTIONS. ACCEPTANCE OF A RETURN AND THE TERMS OF A RETURN WILL BE DETERMINED SOLELY BY AUCTION HOUSE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS, AND AUCTION HOUSE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY AND ALL RETURN REQUESTS. BUYERS THAT ARE SENT TO COLLECTIONS MUST PAY THE COLLECTION AGENCY DIRECTLY; AUCTION HOUSE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PAYMENTS AFTER INVOICE HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO COLLECTIONS. ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND ADDITIONAL TAXES, IF ANY - NO EXCEPTIONS. Under no circumstances shall Wilson Fine Art & Antiques , or its employees, be held responsible or have any claims made against them for failure of anyone?s internet service or technical or software problems during live auction. Auction House will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Wilson Fine Art & Antiques is not responsible for any bids placed "accidentally" or by "mistake" from any source. Bidders that wish to be certain their bids are acknowledged should leave their maximum bid up to 24 hours in advance. Absentee and online bids are accepted. All major credit cards are accepted a 5% processing fee will apply. Bank wires and cashiers checks are accepted with prior authorization from the auction house. For credit card payments, buyer is required to sign Payment Authorization Form that will be provided via email. Merchandise will not be released until payment is cleared, and Authorization form has been completed and returned. All sales exceeding $5000 must be paid by bank wire. Payment is expected within 1-2 business days concluding auction. Any item that has not been paid for is forfeited by the buyer and the item may be put back on the auction block for sale. Any buyer that does not make payment will automatically be blocked from future Auction House auctions and will be filed with a collection agency and the credit bureau. Wilson Fine Art & Antiques reserves the right to cancel a winning bid and refund or credit to buyer any payments received by auction house if merchandise is discovered to be damaged or sustains damage that was not disclosed or discovered before auction. Wilson Fine Art & Antiques is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Wilson Fine Art & Antiques anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction, Wilson Fine Art & Antiques will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature (pre bids) and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Wilson Fine Art & Antiques reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction at any time. If you did not receive an invoice that means you were not the winning bidder.
