Auctions. If item(s) are shipped out of state by a licensed FCC carrier; , i.e. UPS, Fedex, USPS etc., the purchase is then exempt from MD sales tax. All shipping is at the expense of the buyer. - There is an 18% buyer's premium on all purchases. -Payment may be made by; check, cash, M.O. Wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal or other forms deemed acceptable to both parties. -Packing and shipping of all purchases can be arranged by Mosby & Co. Auctions at the buyers request and expense. It is the discretion of Mosby & Co. to determine if items can be shipped in-house or if a professional shipper must be used. Large items may require special handling and expense. -The act of placing a bid on any lot constitutes acceptance of on the part of the bidder of the terms of this sale. -All sales are final. -A final note on Battery toys - When cataloged as working, means working when tested. There are no guarantees on battery operated toys as they may quit working at any time for any reason especially during shipping, mechanisms can be delicate after 50 - 60 years and wires can become brittle and prone to breaking.
