Auction house reserves the right to change, alter, or remove a listing at any time before the start of an auction regardless if bids have been placed on the item. "Repro", when noted in item listing, refers to that item being a reproduction item. No statement made in any advertising or informational materials for auction, nor made orally or online is intended to be a warranty or guarantee of the age, condition, quality, provenance or origin of any item offered for sale. Wholesale Art Auctions sells all property containing mechanical movements (clocks, watches, and locking mechanisms) without any representation or warranty expressed or implied as to the future condition of said movements. Wholesale Art Auctions reserves the right to cancel a winning bid and refund or credit to buyer any payments received by auction house if merchandise is discovered to be damaged or sustains damage that was not disclosed or discovered before auction. **Low and High estimates are for the auctioneers use only; customers should not use this figure as a true determination of value, or confuse an estimate with an appraisal. Appraisals are only available on items that are listed as coming with an appraisal. Any questions should be forwarded to the auction house before placing bids.
