Kaminski Auctions' annual New Year's sale presents a vast assortment of exceptional fine and decorative art with a particular emphasis on period furniture. Among the top fine art lots of the sale are works by Jane Peterson, Le Pho, Demetre Chiparus, Firmin Baes, and August von Seigen. Highlights of the furnishing offerings include an 18th century Pennsylvania grandfather clock, an exquisite early 19th century Dutch marquetry secretary, and a Queen Anne two piece highboy. Of great interest among the large collection of Asian arts and antiques in the sale is a pair of exceptional antique Chinese jade horses.
