TERMS & CONDITIONS For your convenience, we welcome Absentee bid. Absentee bids left online are not the same as bids left with Just Bid LLC directly. Please email justbidllc@gmail.com to fill out the form. For USA & Canada residents, we require a valid credit card for payment & government issued ID. For International absentee bid, we require a deposit of 30% wire transfer of the total amount of your bid(s). The deposit will be credited toward any successful purchase or refunded promptly if your bids are not successful. All property are sold “AS IS” “WHERE IS” and “ WITH ALL FAULTS”. Most of the Lots are pre-owned unless stated “New” otherwise. Conditions are offered as a courtesy to bidders, and are opinions only, not statements of fact, and do not imply any warranty concerning condition. The absence of a condition report does not imply that the property is perfect or free from wear, flaws, or characteristics of age. Just Bid, LLC is not responsible for errors and/or omissions of condition. No statement, whether written or oral shall be deemed to create any warranty, representation or assumption of liability. Measurements are approximate and are provided for informational purposes only. Bidding. When making a bid, a bidder agrees and assumes personal liability to pay the hammer price, including the buyer's premium and the shipping cost. The highest bidder will be the purchaser. In the event of a dispute between bidders, Just Bid LLC has the final discretion to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer the lot in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, Just Bid LLC sale record shall be conclusive. Buyer’s Premium. A buyer’s premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot purchased. $ 0 - $ 100,000 = 22% $ 100,001 + = 13% Payments. All payments must be made in US currency. All purchases must be settled within three (3) days from invoice date. We accept a) Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, b) Wire Transfer, c) Money Order d) Check. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL. Just Bid, LLC reserves the right to hold all items until receipt of funds is verified and cleared. We report all non-paying bidders to LIVEAUCTIONEER as well other auction houses. We reserve the right to report such nonpayment to credit and collection agencies in our sole discretion. Shipping. Buyer Pays Shipping & Handling. You can save on shipping by buying more than one (1) lot. We ship the items with insurance via FedEx within 2-3 business days after receipt of funds is verified. When shipping internationally, taxes and duties is your responsibility. We cannot be held liable for international laws affecting the delivery of your items. It is the responsibility of the bidder/purchaser to be aware of and comply with all exports regulations and restrictions. No refunds will be provided for the failure of Bidder to comply with this provision. Paid Lots. All paid lots will be shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt of funds is verified. For buyers who request to put a hold on the shipment, Just Bid, LLC shall have no liability for lost or any damage to property. Unclaimed paid lots for over 2 months will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued. Just Bid, LLC reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time without liability. Returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
