Terms and conditions: The following are ONLINE SALES, aka PASHCO POSTERS, entire agreement with the purchaser relative to the property listed in the auction catalog. By participating in any sale, the purchaser acknowledges that it is bound by these terms and conditions. All lots are available for on-line bidding through LiveAuctioneers.com. You may bid on-line at LiveAuctioneers.com with direct bids. Payment for won items is expected following completion of the auction, an invoice form will be issued and sent by e-mail from a representative of ONLINE SALES / PASHCO POSTERS. Conditions of Sale: Values set forth on items are fair market value estimates. EVERYTHING IS SOLD "AS IS" with condition as noted and without any representations or warranties by ONLINE SALES / PASHCO POSTERS as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, the correctness of the catalog or other description of the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, medium, provenance, exhibitions, literature or historical relevance of any property and no statement anywhere, whether oral or written, whether made in the catalog, an advertisement, on-line, a bill of sale, a salesroom posting or announcement, or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty, representation or assumption of liability. ONLINE SALES / PASHCO POSTERS gives no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to whether the purchaser acquires any copyrights, including but not limited to, any reproduction rights in any property. ONLINE SALES / PASHCO POSTERS is NOT responsible for errors and omissions in the catalog, on-line, or any supplemental material. All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be honored between the purchaser and ONLINE SALES / PASHCO POSTERS. ONLINE SALES / PASHCO POSTERS is not obligated to offer any exchange or refund. No statements made at the sale, in the item description, on the invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a representation or warranty or be subject to liability. Purchasers are advised to inspect and satisfy themselves of the items being sold prior to the sale. Some lots in the sale may be subject to a reserve. The reserve is a confidential minimum price agreed upon between ONLINE SALES / PASHCO POSTERS and the owner of the item. The highest bidder is the purchaser as determined by the auctioneer. Shall a dispute on a bid arise, the auctioneer will have sole discretion in determining the purchaser, or to cancel the sale, or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, ONLINE SALES / PASHCO POSTERS sale record is conclusive. There is a 10% buyer's premium added to hammer price. For items purchased through LiveAuctioneers.com, ONLINE SALES / PASHCO POSTERS. will contact and send an invoice to all winning bidders via e-mail at the completion of the auction. Payment can be made by via PAYPAL, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. ONLINE SALES / PASHCO POSTERS expects payment to be made within THREE DAYS of the auction ending. The purchaser, not ONLINE SALES / PASHCO POSTERS nor the prior owner of the item, assumes all risks and responsibilities for items purchased at the time the highest bidder is acknowledged by the auctioneer. Once payment has been made, a second invoice will be sent to the winning bidder. This invoice will include the estimated costs for shipping your winning lot(s) from Minneapolis, MN to the address you desire. The costs will also include packing material such as tubes and envelopes. All items are shipped INSURED and TRACKED - at the buyers cost. WE DO NOT ADD ANY FEES TO SHIPPING. If any single applicable term or condition is not complied with by the purchaser, the purchaser shall be in default and in addition to any and all other remedies available to ONLINE SALES / PASHCO POSTERS. by law, including, without limitation, the right hold the purchaser liable for the total purchase price, including all fees, charges and expenses associated therewith, and ONLINE SALES / PASHCO POSTERS may, at its option, (a) cancel the sale of that, or any other lot or lots sold to the defaulting purchaser, retaining as liquidated damages all payments made by the purchaser, or (b) resell the purchased property, whether at public auction or by private sale, or (c) effect any combination thereof. In any case, the purchaser will be liable for any deficiencies, costs, expenses or fees (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) incidental to such default. In no event shall ONLINE SALES / PASHCO POSTERS liability to any purchaser exceed the purchase price actually paid. By participating in the auction you agree to ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PERIOD.
