PLEASE READ THESE TERMS. BY BIDDING IN THIS AUCTION YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS: BIDDING, BUYING, BILLING: We will bill all buyer cards following the auction. Card denial will result in won items being placed in an upcoming auction, and a ban for the bidder with denied card. We rely on quick payment to get sold items out quickly so new items can be brought in. We can not store items while we await payment. A 6.75 percent sales tax will be charged to Ohio bidders unless Tax exempt form provided. NOTE: Your bid is a contract. If you are the winning bidding we expect you to pay! We do our best to describe items accurately, to identify faults and to take plentiful photographs - but our descriptions and photography may not always be comprehensive, and descriptions do not represent a guarantee. We encourage potential bidders to thoroughly inspect items before bidding during our preview time of 2:30-3:30 on Sept 9. All sales are FINAL and refunds are NOT given. PICKUP: Pickup for this auction will be on Sept 14 from 3 pm to 5 pm at our offices at 117 W. Main St., Suite 202, Lancaster, OH. SHIPPING: We will take all winning orders (except 1898 or later firearms, which we will pack in house) to the UPS store in Lancaster for shipping. We deliver these items to the UPS store for free. The UPS store phone number is (740) 654-5335. Items paid for by Sept. 13 will be taken on Monday Sept 14. We will go again to the UPS store on Sept. 18 for items paid for between Sept. 14 and the 18th.
