The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot prior to being offered in the auction and shall have no liability whatsoever for withdrawal of the property. 5. The high bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser of that lot. The auctioneer is the sole determinant as to who is the successful bidder. Once an item is declared as "sold", the successful bidder assumes full risk and responsibility for the purchased lot. 6. Your bid is a contract. Do not place a bid that you are unwilling, or unable to honor. If you are declared as the winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property offered. If you have questions about an individual item, please contact the auctioneer before bidding. 7. A live auction moves at an uncertain pace, so any ending time displayed will not be accurate. Sales Tax: Residents of Kentucky will be charged state sales tax of 6% that will be applied to all sales, including Buyer's Premium, unless a tax exemption certificate has been completed and signed prior to the close of auction. Out of state sales tax numbers will be accepted. Kentucky state sales tax will not apply to items shipped out of state. Currency Type: USD Checkout Date & Times: Payment must be rendered within 5 days for all absentee and liveauctioneers buyers. Time is of the essence. Items will be removed from the Auction site by 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 18, 2015. For any item that has not been paid for, or for any item on which shipping arrangements have not been made within 10 days of the auction, the shipper shall charge a $10 per day storage fee for each day beyond the 10 day arrangement period. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim if the Internet service fails to function correctly before or during the live auction. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should place their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
