Antiques & Collectibles II

This premium auction comprises high quality porcelain form major brands, as well as an impressive range of diverse items from the 17th to the 20th century, including magnificent clocks, silver and bronzes. A highlight is the micro-mosaic table showing eight views of Rome, made in Italy in the 19th century. Another collector's item is the Königsberg horizontal table clock, ?Carolus Gauer?, which dates from the 17th century. The selection of clocks is enhanced by an ormolu pendule, built in Paris around 1790, crowned by a cupid figure in a chariot. An outstanding porcelain picture plate, ?La Belle Jardinière?, painted after Raffael, was made in Meissen around 1840, whereas the large porcelain vase, depicting Potsdam veduta, was manufactured by KPM Berlin in the mid-19th century. Further highlights of this auction include a 1867 silver niello tankard from Moscow, as well as the bronze ?Untermyer Fountain? by Walter Schott, created in Berlin around 1903.
