Vintage Jewellery & Accessories

In our first Vintage Jewellery & Accessories auction of the summer we have some colourful pieces for you. In the form of colourful enamel jewellery we have some stunning early 20th century lots. Including lot 63, a Meyle & Mayer silver figural brooch in a vibrant green enamel petal surround. Together with lot 62, a green and blue enamel Charles Horner drop pendant. Also lot 60, an Arts and Crafts silver, enamel and moonstone necklace again with lovely summery tones of green and blue enamel. Coral jewellery has been proving very popular and there are some beautiful carved coral pieces in this sale, including lot 188, a brooch and earring set, lot 183, a ring in the design of a ram?s head which is very eye catching. And a beautiful carved coral cameo brooch with drop detail for lot 177. The popularity of amber has not waned either and we have some interesting amber lots in this auction, from the very popular natural Baltic amber bead necklaces, to carved Burmese amber pendants and Burmese amber rings with insect inclusions. There are also some Dominican amber lots and some polished Baltic amber pieces showing interesting inclusions of insects and one even showing a spider?s web.
