The Antique & Modern jewellery auction this month includes a fantastic selection of diamond pieces, designer items and antique jewels. With Valentine?s Day just around the corner, we have the perfect assortment of items to give to a loved one, or to keep and adore for yourself! The lovely late Victorian ruby and old-cut diamond pendant gracing our front cover is lot 17, offered with a guide price of £800-1,200. We start the sale with the perfect set of jewellery for any self-confessed accessories addict. Lot 1 is interchangeable, with five vari-gem stud earrings and removable diamond cluster surround, allowing the wearer to mix and match! Sure to start the sale with a lot of interest, the guide price is £700-900. Plate 1 has a sweet selection of insect jewellery, bound to create a buzz! Lot 3 is a Victorian natural pearl and gem-set fly, offered at £250-350. Lot 22 is a diamond, ruby and emerald dragonfly brooch with an estimate of £180-260, and lot 46 is an early 20th century butterfly clip, estimated at £360-460.
