Description

Antique Framed Bronze Bas Relief of children pulling and riding a goat, with a name plaque which reads, " Enfants al la Chevre". after the orignal made of terra-cotta in 1782, Baccanale d'enfants "Le Sacrifice de la chÃ¨vre", by Claude Michel - named Clodion, Paris Louvre. No marks on verso. Very charming piece would look right at home in a room full of antiques.
