Each of the four fairytales has a hand painted lacquerware cover, gilt titles on spine, gilt edges, with the story in Russian and English, illustrations are hand colored. The Peasant and the Bear, The Swan-Geese, Cockerel with the Crimson Comb, Masha and the Bear. All within a beautifully hand painted lacquer box, also signed with images of the stories.
