You must contact us no later than 24 hours after the sale to schedule your pick up. If you cancel your pick up time, we will automatically bill you to ship your item(s) to you. We are also offering in house shipping. You will be billed for shipping separately. All shipping is done via USPS, and includes full insurance. You will pay for insurance, this is not negotiable. We will also ship all jewelry signature confirmation. This is also not negotiable. If your items are oversized, or you buy a large quantity of items and then they will be taken to the UPS store in Kendall Park, NJ. Please keep in mind after we ship that USPS has a high demand for shipping at the moment and shipping may take longer than usual. Shipping will include the actual cost, insurance (this is not negotiable), and a $10 handling fee per item. Handling and shipping fees can be combined. All condition reports are included in the description to the best of our ability. All lots that are left behind because you didn't pay for shipping or you did not show up for your pick up are charged a storage fee of $10.00 a day starting one week after the sale.
