RARE GERMAN BISQUE LADY WITH SNOOD AND BLUE HAIR BOWS. 12". Bisque shoulderhead with youthful face, light-brown sculpted hair waved away from face and held in pageboy style by a blue sculpted snood that is decorated with a blue head band and large blue ribbons at each side of her face, painted blue eyes, red and black upper eyeliner, tapered brows, closed mouth with center accent line, vintage muslin body with bisque lower arms, nicely costumed in blue gown and white cotton blouse and undergarments, tan leather lace-up boots, awarded red ribbon from 2002 UFDC Annual Convention. Commentary: Circa 1875 lady with rare brown hair and blue ribbons which match the color of her eyes.
