DESCRIPTION: Antique Ottoman Persian Inkwell Qalamdan. Made of heavy solid brass and further decorated with Arabic calligraphy this antique inkwell and quill holder is beautifully engraved with birds and flora motif on one side, and further embellished with animal decoration and arabic handwriting calligraphy on the other side. Hinged lids on both compartments, inkwell and brush holder.
ORIGIN: Middle East.
DIMENSIONS: L: 10 D: 2 1/4".
