Description
(Disney, Carolwood Pacific, c. 1954). Just prior to building Disneyland, Walt Disney developed a home backyard train ride with Disney's "first Imagineer" Roger Broggie. Naming the train route after the name of the street he lived on, Walt used the "Carolwood Pacific Railroad" and his custom built Lilly Belle train to give himself and guests of his home a ride around his property. The birth of imagination of what would eventually become a family-friendly theme park that likewise would have a train circling the property. Offered here is an original Walt Disney designed and created ride ticket to his home Carolwood Pacific Railroad "attraction". Marked 1954, this ticket is unused as by this time, Walt's attention was focused on developing Disneyland. The ticket is in good condition with normal wear from age and minimal use.
