Description
(Walt Disney Classics, c. 2004). Walt Disney's "Sleeping Beauty" was Disney's 16th full-length animated feature film, released in theaters in 1959. Walt knew how powerful and enchanting the story would be and in great foresight named the castle in Disneyland "Sleeping Beauty Castle" in 1955. It has since been one of the most beloved of all Disney films and continues to resonate with audiences, including recent and upcoming Maleficent movies. Offered here is a rare 45th limited edition series "Sleeping Beauty" scene with multiple, expertly crafted, figurines of the characters of Aurora, Maleficent, King Stefan, Queen Leah, Flora, Fauna and Merryweather. The figurines could only be purchased as a lot and not individually when they were released to the general public in 2004. The figurines are in very good condition with normal wear from age and minimal handling. Largest piece is 10" tall
