Pair of bronze end tables, in the style of ALBERTO GIACOMETTI. Depicts two figures standing on black granite bases. Depicts a male and female figure, the legs of each figure are elongated, legs meet at the base and conjoin, forming a trunk, their heads extend to support the square tabletop. The tabletops have textured, chiseled edges, and are lipped. The surface of the metal is textured, appears to be hand formed. Parts of the metal appear to have been gilded. The underside of each square base is lined with fabric. Each measures approx 12.5"L x 10.5"W x 27"H. Wear is consistent with age and use. Property of a Manhattan, New York City Estate.
