Nobel Prize winner and The Father of the Theory of Relativity Albert Einstein was born in Ulm, Germany in 1879 and died in Princeton, New Jersey in April 1955. In 1905 he published four articles changing the world of physics. Einstein's involvement and relationships with Jewish institutions are noteworthy. Einstein was among the first founders of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a supporter of the Zionist movement. In 1923 he visited Mount Scopus giving his first scientific lecture at the University. Later becoming a member of the University's Board of Governors and chairman of the Academic Committee. On October 8th, 1934 Einstein received a honorary degree from Yeshiva University located in New York City, just a year after he immigrated from Nanzi Germany to the United States. Later, in 1953 Einstein agreed to have his name attached to the Albert Einstein College of Medicine which was founded in the Bronx Neighborhood of Morris Park opening two years later in 1955, with just 56 students. After Einstein's death in 1955 he willed his personal archives and rights to his works to the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. The Einstein archives included both scientific and non-scientific writings, including E=mc2.
CONDITION
The photograph is in very good original condition. No apparent issues visible to the naked eye, with no significant issues to report.
