Description
ASSORTED PORCELAIN MINIATURE LAMPS, LOT OF TWO, tan ground and floral transfer decoration, comprising a Doulton melon-form example, underside marked "DOULTON BURSLEM" along with handwritten Rd number and impressed numbers, compressed rubina acid-etched shade with scalloped rim; and a tapered ribbed pattern example with brass base, pale Vaseline opalescent cylinder-form shade with scalloped rim; period collars. Each fitted with a period burner, colorless chimney. Fourth quarter 19th/early 20th century. 6 3/4" to 10" H to top of shades.
Undamaged lamps, each with overall light crazing, rubina shade with alterations/losses to fitter. One burner with imperfections, remaining burner undamaged, chimneys undamaged with normal as-made fitter roughness.
