DST. A very rare sign from G & J Tires, showing embossed Milk Glass Lettering as well as unique Rippled Tin faces mounted on its original can with its original hangers. Side one is in excellent condition throughout the field, showing great color in the green with some moderate paint chipping and wear in the white bordered area along the outer edge. All of the Embossed Milk Glass Letters on side one are in excellent condition, showing no major wear or damages. Side two is also in very good condition but does show a heavy amount of paint flaking throughout the field. The Embossed Milk Glass Lettering is also in excellent condition on side two, but is missing the, "R". Sign shows all of its internals present, but does not currently light up and will most likely need to be rewired. Although the piece shows some areas of wear it has an excellent patina and displays very well. A very rare piece of G & J Tire Advertising.
