Antique may be 19th. CenTUARY horse cart solid brass bells with silver plating and three bells. There are total of three bells and 19 hanging tags.
In the old times when there were no cars hence, people used to travel on horse carts. These Hems Bells were mounted on top of the Horse's neck and would make a very sweet sound as the Horse and the cart moved. The 19 hanging tags would hit against the three bells and make a sweet sound. The sound is very sweet as of a wind chime.
