Native American, United, States, Illinois and Kentucky, Late Paleo to Woodland Period, ca. 9000 BCE to 800 CE (11,000 to 1200 BP). A fine gathering of 25 hand-knapped stone arrowheads, featuring triangular stemmed, triangular corner notch, triangular basal notch, triangular side notch, ovoid, auriculate, and lanceolate forms, and one early ovoid stone knife. Showcasing tones of russet, taupe, butterscotch, blue-grey, misty rose, cream, ash grey, black, and white, these fascinating points represent an extensive amount of types, such as Labras Lake, Dickson, Waubesa, Springly, Neuberger, Steuben, Candy Creek, Manker, Godar, Bynum, Limestone Preform, Robinson, Blade, Table Rock, Hidden Valley, Thebes, Modesto, Etley, and Mason. Size of largest: 1.5" W x 4.75" H (3.8 cm x 12.1 cm); Size of frame: 13.25" W x 14.5" H (33.7 cm x 36.8 cm)
