(Disney, 1955) An adorable pair of screen-used Mouseketeer Boots from the Mickey Mouse Club television show. These leather cowboy boots were worn by the Mouseketeers every Friday for "Talent Round-Up Day." As the kids grew, their boots would be passed down to the younger Mouseketeers. This pair was used by both Darlene Gillespie and Doreen Tracey, and each boot is marked in the interior "Darlene" and "Doreen" along with additional production notation. No size is indicated, and each boot measures 8.75"x 8.25" and 3" deep. The pair remains in good condition with some minor soiling to the leather and wear to the soles from frequent use. The boots come displayed in a custom-made wooden chest, featuring a photo of the Mickey Mouse Club members and a plaque describing this historic artifact. The chest measures approximately 16"x23" and 11" deep, and is in good condition with minor surface wear and a spot of damage to the wood by the top hinge for the front. This artifact was originally offered by The Walt Disney Studios as part of the Official Disneyana Convention of 2000. The original Disney COA is included.
