The 15-page, staple bound program is signed on the cardstock front cover by Michael Eisner and Roy E. Disney, and is also signed by Sharon Disney Lund, Lucy Taliaferro (Disney animator and wife of Al Taliaferro), Ollie Johnston, Ward Kimball, and Frank Thomas. Ub Iwerks' wife Mildred Iwerks has signed Ub's page. Measuring 8.5"x5.5", the program is in fine condition with only minor wear.
