(Disneyland, 1988-89) A very large sign used during Disneyland's "Blast to the Past" celebration between 1988-89. This unique celebration brought a touch of the 1950s to the park with themed parades, classic cars, and costumed performers. This sign, similar in design to the more common signs used on the park's lampposts, is the seldom seen oversized version that was created in far fewer numbers and used at select key points of interest throughout the park. Screen printed on PVC board, the sign measures an impressive 46x47, and is in very good park used condition, with several small holes for mounting, surface scuffs, scratches, minor soiling, and moderate adhesive remnants to the reverse.
