Two Persian or Ottoman flower studies, probably Persia, 19th century, ink and opaque pigments on paper, depicting respectively a rose and a tulip, one with 21 lines of black naskh verso, with old lot tickets, lot 36, 1st June 1987, but saleroom unrecorded, each framed, each approx., 17cm x 7cm (2) Provenance: Private collection recently removed from Knightsbridge, London and by family descent.

unexamined out of the frame but with some visible staining and creasing
