All buttons to the upholstery are present. The upholstery is even throughout with no low or worn areas. Clean and ready for use. A few small areas with some loss to the pile (in carpet terms) mainly in a couple of the button upholstered areas as clearly seen in one of the images shown online. That same issue with some minor pile loss on top of the right arm rest (right side as you look at the sofa) in the seam on top, but it looks like part of the seam visually. And a small separation of the 'pinched' seam on top of the left arm, but NOT torn. As I look over the sofa I find no tears apparent. Visually as you view the sofa, very clean and very good overall condition.
