Naked 1870s Simon & Halbig Parian-type shoulder head 18.5” (47cm) incised S 6 H on lower front. Deep molded massed curls with black headband. Painted cobalt blue eyes, lid lines and arched stroked tapered brows. Closed pink mouth with a darker-shaped centerline, blushed cheeks and pierced ears. Kid leather-cotton body with gusset jointing at knees and elbows, ankle repair, modeled bisque detailed forearms with pink blush.
