19" Charlie McCarthy Ventriloquist Dummy by Effanbee Original 1930's. With unusual harder to find white suit and original monocle intact. Composition with all painted features including hands and shoes. Slight wear on lips and back of head with mouth string intact and working. Age staining on right back arm of jacket. no repaint with small chip in compo shoe and left hand.
