Description
Rome, Imperial, ca. 1st to 2nd century CE. An impressive ensemble of 3 perfume-holding unguentariums, all of an elongated 'candlestick' form and free-blown from translucent, emerald-green glass. Each sitting upon a circular base, the ancient vessels all present bell-shaped bodies with corseted neck lines, tall cylindrical necks, and wide, flared rims. Their verdant hues are elegantly complemented by layers of fiery silver and rainbow iridescence. Size of largest: 2.25" in diameter x 7" H (5.7 cm x 17.8 cm)

Condition
All have minor abrasions to body, neck, and rim, with light encrustations and weathering film. Otherwise, intact and very good. Light earthen deposits as well as fabulous silver and rainbow iridescence throughout all.
