Fu Baoshi (1904-1965), born in Xinyu, Jiangxi, was an outstanding Chinese painter, seal carver, art historian, and art educator in the 20th century. At the age of more than 20 years, he wrote "An Introduction to the Origin of Chinese Painting" (22 years old), "Imitation of Seals" (23 years old), and "The History of Chinese Painting Changes" (26 years old) and other professional treatises with profound academic accomplishment.
