ca. 400-200 BC. Hellenistic period. A wearable gold disc (sun) pendant decorated with scrolls featuring a bezel with inserted red stone in the central section. The applied loop above the triangle makes it fully wearable. The filigree decoration is made of copper core and gold foil. The item has undergone X-ray fluorescence analysis to confirm the metallurgical content suggesting its ancient origin and lack of modern trace elements. This analysis will accompany the purchase.
